It amazes me how often comments are more insightful than articles themselves. In this case, it was an interview, with the main question being "how do you feel about all those awful people who don't understand you?".

He is a victim of abuse, so it seems to many. Why not ask about that? Like "Many readers think you are being abused in this relationship and your essay was a rationalization. What do you think about it?" Or "Don't you think you are hurting your husband regardless of what he's telling you?"

EDIT: No longer sure about comments. I started reading from the newest and they sounded reasonable. Those that are most liked are less so. Like "Feminism is about being true to who you are -- whatever that may be" (huh?)
