What are Bernie Sanders's views on gender besides reproduction rights?

He spouted off the wage gap, among other things. He's mostly a 'feminist' that believes their lies, but is more or less an egalitarian.

He's a lot better than Clinton, that's for sure.

Eh, he's definitely "full-femtard" so to speak. Still, I'm going to vote for him in the primary (along with Rand Paul) and I'll end up voting for either him or Paul if either wins their primary. Personally, he's one of those candidates that even though I disagree with 70% of what he says I'd still rather see him in office than any of the other idiots running. Why?

He's not corrupted by money and lobbyists.

He actually gives a shit.

He's not some spit-and-polish turd of a politician.

Those three things alone are more important to me than any other issues (including Men's Rights issues). As far as I'm concerned, our political system needs a healthy injection of actual debate that lies outside the standard party-approved rhetoric and Bernie Sanders fits that bill.

Just my 2 cents.

I listened to his speech in Wisconsin. He mentioned the typical wage gap thing, sure, but he also actually mentioned the percentage of men and women that work over 40 hours per week. Noting that men work more. Then he said that we should demand a 40 hour max work week. I was amazed. If you fix the fact that men are overworked, the wage gap will fix itself. Sanders seems to actually realize this.

Bernie's issues page lists 3 things:

Income and Wealth Inequality

Getting Big Money Out of Politics

Climate Change & Environment

No mention of gender issues. By comparison, Hillary's stance includes "Tackling the wage gap", partly by passing the Paycheck Fairness Act - I can explain why this is bad, but I think I'd be preaching to the choir here. However, Sanders also voted for the PFA, so he's likely no better than Hillary on this issue.

If you are opposed to women's quotas, the Wage Gap Myth etc., the Libertarian Party is closest to what you'll come in terms of half-decent politicians.

Both the Democrats and Republicans are thoroughly feminist.

Well I'm not from the US but from what I've seen he's a dyed in the wool socialist who buys anything popular with the left wing. Unless it's rubbing too hard against the popular grain, like the patriot act, in which case he'll just go with the flow. Same with extended funding for the Joint Strike Fighter (partially built in his state)
