In my custody agreement I have one week of vacation I get to pick to have my kids during the summer in addition to the every other weekend and every Wednesday I get them. My ex-wife asked if she could call the kids every day during our vacation at 7PM to talk to them. I told her no since we will be busy taking mini vacations and doing things. She said she is going to call anyways and if I am not busy I can pick up the phone. This has just started Friday and is starting to get annoying. Do you think I can file harassment charges? No where in our custody agreement is there a schedule for calling the children and it states that they can call the other parent if they want to but they never ask to call her.
