Absolutely disgusting! I can just imagine what the therapy sessions must be like... if you are a male then it is all your fault, stop whining and man up, etc.

Your title only goes at a part of the issue. Just look at all the "services".

You should write them and ask if they provide services for men who are victims of DV/IPV and see what they say.

This is a fairly common problem. It's also a means by which some organizations seek to entrap men who call them for help.

"Domestic violence line for men" and such, where their operators will continually try to get the man to admit they are abusive and dismiss claims they are being abused. One such example is in australia, we had an action-op about it a while back.

There is a "contact us" button. Use it to tell them they are part of the problem rather than the solution when this is the sort of thing they do.
