As smart as I can find without too much neuroticism. I'm pretty smart, so the smarter she is, the better the conversations I'll have. But with greater intelligence comes more advanced hamstering. So I try to find the ones that don't have anxiety issues. That's a red flag for me based on experience.

I don't care about intelligence cus the chick then might be autistic, which will be a pain to interact with. I care about her ability to be entertaining and whether she is fun to be around.
