So basically the largest demographic in the university is 100% represented in their "diversity" task force.

But, by the Power of the Uterus, bestowed upon them by the Order of the Oh, So Holy Vagina and Our Lady of Perpetual Victimhood, these young ladies (term used loosely) can imagine themselves to be any ethnic group and gender in the whole wide world and thus adequately represent the other oppressed genders/ ethnicities/ etc.
