What conditions needs to be met to marry with the least risk?

• I am thinking the man has to make about the same or less then a woman , so you can't get taken to the cleaners with alimony and divorce settlement.
• the man has to be stay at home dad , if there are kids, so in divorce you get to be judges as primary child nurturer and not loose kids, with only visitation rights. Also least chance of child support judgment against you.
• the man has to have clean record, so any bogus DV accusations will least likely to stick.

Anything else I am forgetting?
