either stop dating altogether until the problem clears up, or get a job as a cop or a lawyer. if women aren't scared of the power you hold in the legal system, they will end up holding power over you in the legal system. most women are probably not likely to falsely accuse you of rape, but the consequences of that small percent are too great to risk it. you either need to hold significant legal power in ruining her life, and defending your life from her ruining, or manage to only date women that would never falsely accuse you.

but is it possible to tell which women would falsely accuse and which wouldn't? i don't think you can know until it's too late. of course all women are going to convince you that they'd never do such a thing, until they... do such a thing. it's too risky. it's not like the chances are super high. it's just that, if the unthinkable happens, the consequences will far outweigh the pleasure you got from dating women during this time of male persecution. i just don't think it's worth it, unless you've got something that discourages women from doing this to you. if you're a cop or a lawyer i can see how most women, who don't know the system very well, would assume that they couldn't beat you even if you were guilty.

i doubt very many gangsters get falsely accused. why? women are afraid of them just as much as they are in love with them. normally i'd rather be loved than feared... people normally say "i'd rather be respected than feared," but in times like these, respect comes from fear. the average millennial woman does not respect the average man. she feels like she can do anything to him without any consequences. but she might fear a man who's not powerless in the legal system, or a criminal who might shoot her.

of course, none of us are gangsters, so even if we were willing, it's not really an option to command respect via intimidation. but a man who commands the power of the legal system for his own ends automatically discourages a woman from challenging him in his own arena. the fact is that women can beat cops and lawyers at their own game, but a lot of them don't realize that. i strongly believe that women are less likely to falsely accuse men of virtually anything, if they perceive the man as holding some clout in the legal system. or if they believe that he can arbitrarily arrest them, etc. i don't know if it makes the risk of divorce and child support less likely, but it probably increases your chances in divorce court. i do believe that a woman's less likely to falsely accuse her cop ex boyfriend than her realtor ex boyfriend, lol.

anyway, college is a special case. the risk is much more serious on college campuses, do to the affirmative consent policies and the general lack of due process across all college campuses here. most men should not be dating in this college climate at all to begin with, but college is also a time when men are supposed to be promiscuously fucking, right and left. it's supposed to be a time for you to get laid a lot. and that means you're probably thinking "fuck, is it worth giving up this unique time in my life just to avoid the rare possibility that i might get expelled?" it's up to every guy, but the more college men that go their own way, the faster this problem clears up. we need an overall boycott, but that'll never happen, because there's always a dumb man there to take the bait, to overvalue sex and take it upon himself. if all the attractive guys boycott sex, the beta-males will just take this opportunity to finally get laid. so it's not really possible for men to start a "sex consumer revolt" on college. maybe for marriage, but not for college sex. it's smarter for you to just abstain. sex is practically meaningless unless you're a virgin. you're gonna want sexual experience, but if you've already got it, you don't need sex. once you've shot your load, do you really feel any better? was it worth all the risk? for the men who've really gotten laid many times, sex really loses its value. the men claiming that sex is soo awesome and they need it blah blah blah are the men who never get laid, but want to act like they do. unless you're a virgin, you shouldn't risk having sex on college campuses. anywhere else and it's 1) less likely you'll be accused, due to higher rates of exoneration, and 2) less likely you'll be convicted, obviously. but college campuses are really a special case. it's easier to get laid on a college campus, but it's also way riskier. you should get laid a few times, if you're a virgin, and then be done with it until you graduate or meet someone you really trust.

if you simply must have sex, or must engage in long-term relationships with women during college, well, i've thought up a solution just for you! here's the solution. never break up with a woman. period. don't do it. let her break up with you. don't do anything to agitate her or make her want revenge against you. just start failing at sex, act like a dork, do whatever you can to subtly make her less satisfied with you. women will probably only falsely accuse you of rape if you make them feel worthless. if you make her feel so much better than you that she should dump you, then you've avoided 99% of the risk of being falsely accused. the men who get falsely accused by their exes are the men who break their hearts in one way or another. in other cases where men are accused by women they don't know, or women they hardly know, it's because the woman wanted attention, money, or sympathy, or because the man did something to piss her off. avoid women who seem like they want attention, money, or sympathy from this shit. i don't know exactly how to do that, but maybe you will figure it out. then, avoid pissing off women in severe ways. most of all, avoid dating women like this... and when dating any woman, except one you trust like family, let her dump you, not the other way around. as far as women to trust... maybe date the rare libertarian/conservative woman, (who i can't imagine falsely accusing you) even if you might disagree with her politically or find her religious views obnoxious. there was a time when i couldn't have conceived of dating a conservative woman. now i realize how stupid i was. attractive conservative women are practically unicorns here in california, but it might be worth the quest. i'm willing to hide my political views and atheism for the sake of dating a woman who couldn't possibly think of falsely accusing me. and i'd have to assume that the risk of divorce is much lower if you date a religious woman, even if you're an atheist too.

Do your degree through distance learning.

By cutting out all the unnecessary activities and only doing the work, you can reduce your weekly input to a few hours. You can hold a full-time job and will not have to put up with being treated like a child, which is the normal mode for attendance universities.

Obviously, this is not possible for some degrees e.g. medicine, and some people don't have the discipline to complete the course without a grown up watching over them, but for the rest, three years is a lot of wasted life to learn stuff you could get out of books in a few months.

in some ways, dating local girls outside your school might be even more dangerous, as the woman may feel she is beholden to no-one with nothing to lose when she approaches your campus officials to file a complaint. regardless of where the accusations are coming from, campus officials have an obligation to react, as the goal is not necessarily to provide retribution for the accuser, but to make the campus safer.

safest bet is to date long distance, or just wait until you're finished with college altogether. but given that you're forced to put your personal life on hold during the stint, I would focus on shortening the time and getting out of there in 3 years instead of 4.

I think a good approach would be for young men to take into account each school's policies and track record when it comes to handling rape accusations. They should check how each school they are interested in deals with rape accusations, and forgo any school that implements bad policies.

One thing parents can do, suggested by Dean Esmay, is to write to the school their son is going to apply to and ask them what they would do if their son was falsely accused of rape. If the school says something like "false accusations never happen" or "false accusations are a small price to pay for justice" then you drop them, and if they promise specific action then you have something you can hold over their heads if the worse does come to pass.
