The article is a little misleading, thankfully from what I can tell is merely advice to police officers and not yet made its way into law.

If it ever made its way into law ... well the law was intentionally designed that if somebody purports a fact they have to prove it, now it is that if somebody purports a fact, the other has to disprove it? Forget DNA, forget evidence, it now rests of the accused to disprove it.

Does anybody want to make up some forms for us blokes to have by our bedside table for women to sign so we can have the proof of consent? It'll be a good illustration of how absurd this logic is.
