As far as giving head, I think these are all valid reasons for the women (and possibly men) who are not that into giving it off the top of my head:

They are nervous and/or inexperienced
They don't get much feedback from the man so they don't know if what they're doing is good or not. Men tend to be more silent in their expression of gratification during sex, so I would encourage you to be more open and vocal. Don't you love hearing, "Oh my god, baby, that feels so fucking good don't stop!" Positive reinforcement is great.
Your jaw can start to hurt after a while, especially if the man has a larger unit.
The man is not very clean down south. Let's be real here, guys. Do you shave your balls? Do you manscape? I'm not saying that you have to, after all it is your body and your choice, however put the shoe on the other foot. Maybe you're one of the men who loves a woman who is au natural, but I think most people don't want to be picking pubic hair out of their mouth while trying to give oral pleasure to their partner. I think most men enjoy a well trimmed bush with no hair around the labia or asshole, so why wouldn't we expect (some) women to enjoy the same extended courtesy? Hell, how many hetero men centric based porn have you watched lately that has had women who haven't shaved at all? They go through a lot of trouble, pain, and money to get waxed or shave themselves. Were you walking around all day/night before you brought that wonderful woman back home? Did you go to the bathroom and rinse off all of that nasty funk that accumulated? Shit, man there might be toilet paper bits from the last time you took a shit dangling from your hair down there. Sound gross? It is. Just try to put yourself in their shoes. Manscaping and/or waxing will not make you less manly. Most, if not all, women I've been with have very much appreciated it, although obviously I'm not suggesting that every single woman out there in the world will.
Every man is different. You might like your balls cupped, dude over there might like long and slow strokes, I might like the underside of the shaft being licked. There is no one size fits all trick that will work on every man. Sure, adolescent boys are typically so thrilled to get any attention that simply touching them in anyway down there will result in ejaculation. I really want to get away from the stereotype that men are simple fuck machines that don't have complex wants and desires. Just like some women need a vibrator or cannot cum vaginally or whatever, so are men unique people will different needs. As always, communication is the key here. If you're not asking for it, how can you expect to have your needs met?
Some men expect to receive a blow-j but never return the favor. I think some women get burned by this and unfortunately don't want to stroll down a one way street.

As far as being pro-gay and anti-anal, those two are not mutually exclusive. Just because you're open to other people having the freedom to express their sexual orientation and identity, doesn't mean you're obligated to engage in any behavior they do. Besides, not all gay men give or receive anal penetration. I find that because way more men watch porn than women, we are exposed to anal sex a lot more and a lot of us find it very hot. That's great. You have to understand that while you might have been watching anal porn for the past 5+ years, your female partner might not have had the same exposure. I have found that a lot of women do not view the anal region as erogenous or sexual. It is absolutely possible for some women to wind up loving it after a careful, thoughtful exposure to it. However, some women will never truly enjoy it, even after devoting the necessary time to building the muscular capability to do it safely, and that's 100% ok! Nobody is obligated to like every single sexual practice that is out there. That's what makes all of us unique - we're all into different things. Now while it is unfortunate if a woman is close minded and will not ever even try anything anal, it is still her body and she can do with it what she pleases. If you find that doesn't work for you and it's very important to have, perhaps you were not meant to be in a relationship with her. I think a sad commonality among straight men is that they never experiment with anything anal on themselves and miss out on the highly erogenous, nerve concentrated anus and prostate. All because of the rampant homophobia in our society, a ton of straight men are missing out on pleasure heights they had no idea even existed all because they're scared of being or turning gay. As if stimulating a particular region of your body somehow changes your sexual orientation. Anyway, exploring that area yourself will help you appreciate what it's all about and will help you guide and support a woman who is trying to do the same. Fuck, this was a long rant. I think some women, including a few I've been with, view porn as "cheating" to a degree. You have to understand that they feel as though they are not good enough for you and cannot fulfill all of your sexual needs, so it makes them feel insecure. A lot of people don't understand that watching porn and masturbating is a low stress, relaxing way to get off without the expectations of performing or pleasing someone else. Just because you masturbate to porn doesn't mean that you don't find your partner attractive, sexually desirable, exciting, or fulfilling. It's like you normally make an awesome dinner that takes an hour to prep and cook (sex) but sometimes you just want to hit up the local taqueria and get takeout (porn/masturbation). It can be misconstrued as a threat or something that is going to replace instead of supplement.

Consider the rigid gender roles that our society casts over us. Women have such a high value placed on their physical beauty and sex appeal that when they feel as though it's not enough for their partner, it really hurts them. This is so unfortunate because obviously women are real people with lives, goals, dreams, accomplishments, feelings, etc. and are not just sex objects. Society puts incredible pressure on them and forces this over-sexualized value down our throats. This is fucking bullshit but those are the gender norms and hopefully we can continue to push through them. So this pressure creates this unfair expectation of many men to be 100% sexually satisfied 24/7/365 for the rest of their lives by the same person they've seen naked a million times. It goes against our biology and doesn't make sense. A lot of women buy into the gender role cast over men that they are walking hard ons; sex machines ready to go at a moments notice. So when they think that this man, who is so sexual all the time that the slightest stimulation will get him to cum his pants, chooses to look at another woman than them, they feel a hit to their sense of self worth. It really sucks for both parties involved.

One thing I'll say is that if you are avoiding intimacy with your partner and satisfying yourself via pornography instead, then I think that's a different conversation. Ultimately every relationship is unique and you should talk about and agree upon what works for you. If a woman is straight up never going to be ok with you checking out other naked women on a computer screen, then you have to decide whether or not you want to leave her or give up porn. While I could never be with someone like that, they are entitled to their feelings and opinions.

I think there is a legitimate case for what you say - that women don't want to be expected to perform. Pornstars have sex for a living and push their boundaries on the reg. They are sexual athletes. It would be really unfair to watch only NFL football all day then be disappointed when your local rec team quarterback can't throw perfectly spiraled 65 yard bombs. Some people have a hard time remembering that porn is fantasy and that's part of the allure. If you wanted a normal married couple having slow, sensual sex, it might not be that exciting for you even though it would depict a more widely occurring brand of sex. Just like when you watch Arnold jump out of a car that blows up while shooting 3 bad guys without even looking... it's fantasy. It's fun to get lost in fantasy though. We just cannot let it pollute our expectations when it comes to real people. You mentioned anal sex. If you watch porn for 5 minutes you'd think that women are just ready to bend over and have a huge cock shoved in their ass at a moment's notice. You don't see all the prep involved. You don't see how they don't eat for 12-24 hours before a scene. You don't see them douching anally. You don't see them putting increasingly larger plugs in their ass until it's stretched out enough to take a cock. Sometimes you don't even see that lube is being used. So I think a lot of times people see the fantasy and think, "let's try anal!", not realizing that it's not a very spontaneous activity as is portrayed on the screen. The experience inevitably goes bad and then leaves a poor taste in their mouth about trying anal again.
