Whether or not you think these people are exploited, the question is: would people buying these shirts without knowing their sweatshop origins think the workers are exploited?

I suspect the answer might be yes, unless they throw their principles out the window to defend feminism rather than show concern for women that they would normally consider to be exploited if making clothes for something else.

The ideology could very well become (perhaps has become) more important than the physical well being of individuals, so that more shirts can be sold in order to spread their message and make money for the cause.

I suppose that's also what a feminist looks like, then.

Wow what a great post that really shows the issues men face and tries to promote reasonable solutions . I thought everyone tries to claim that this sub isn't bashing on feminism. This is pathetic. I said I was unsubbing and forgot...now I definitely am. You are just as bad as the fatties on tumblr complaining about thin privilege.
