Seems like "men need to be taught to respect women" is code for "if a woman slaps, hits or otherwise beats on you then you just need to endure it. You are not allowed to fight back or complain about how unfair it is that you're not allowed to hit back in self defense".

I don't really listen to people who have no idea what it's like to be a male.

It's funny how women are allowed to be experts on men, but men can't be experts on women.

She is an idiot.

Football doesn't have a culture of violence against women.

Ray Rice and other players have lost their jobs because of domestic violence.

That means football is AGAINST domestic violence.

Football would be FOR domestic violence if it rewarded players for it.

I find it insane that ESPN, a network that presumably is supported almost entirely by men, has this woman on as an analyst.

Are they trying to alienate their audience? Are these mega corporations so scared of social justice warriors?

Suggesting men can be "reprogrammed" is still preferable to the suggestion that they've been socialized in such a way that they can't be "reprogrammed".

The latter social pathology [that young black men are more likely to be aggresive than young white men]is not caused by "too much" masculinity, it's caused by the absence of proper male role models -- a product of, among other things, the mid-60s "man-out-of-the-house" government policy that paid poor women to rid the household of adult males.

Did we just flash back to the sixties? That sounded an awful lot like Moynihan Report drivel.
