Good. We hear horrible stories about men being screwed by family codes across the world. I am happy to hear about this case wherein not only the men were able to have a happy ending, but this victory should be able to benefit the LGBQ community as well. This is something good all around.

It is hard to use the surrogacy industry for a reason.

Just in my country alone we have had a couple who abandoned a child in Thailand, there have been reports on aussies exploiting dirt poor Indian women for surrogacy, and there were two gay men who used surrogacy in Russia, claiming everyone was homophobic then proceeded to pimp and rape the boy for the next 4 years.

I speak for myself when I say that I would not want 2 mothers. Two fathers might be a little better but one would have to be my biological father. Ideally I want to be raised by my biological parents. Not my mother and her lesbian lover, not two men with no genetic relation to me and not adopted by a straight couple. People often lose their minds when I tell them I have this preference which makes me suspect they dont give a shit about the kids in this situation.

Yes! This is what we needed. I hope these two fine gents are happy with the outcome of their situation and other men aren't faced with the same situation simply for being gay.
