Pierce, you just don't get it. This is RAPE we're talking, and RAPE is the most special, important crime ever! There is no difference between an ACCUSED RAPIST and a RAPIST and if you let the accused have due process that lets the RAPISTS win!

Well, that terrorist is probably gonna get a special steel-jacketed form of due process I'd rather not be afforded, but technically, yeah, I guess he's supposed to get due process.

Foley killer risks deaths, colleges just kick you out of college.

It's the liberal way. Give due process to terrorists, illegals, and other criminals but take it away from LEGAL American men in college (who btw represent only 40% of college attendance today).
