This is Gloria Allred at her finest feminist-lawyering. She claims to be a human rights lawyer, but instead she's helping women whose human rights are not being violated enforce a very lousy law that's responsible for actually violating men's human rights. That's really important to keep in mind - these women didn't necessarily suffer any discrimination, they simply didn't receive the full benefit of laws that privilege women over men. At the other end of the stick, the men who are suing schools for actual discrimination, breach of contract, and various due process violations, are costing schools far more dearly and don't require high-powered celebrity lawyers to win their cases for them.

I know things are fucked up with this is the States but why are they suing the university, rape is a police matter. The university should have no part it in.
