Its gonna cost me a lot of time, money and pain in surgeries to finally be attractive to women, note I go after chubby/overweight women. Being 6'3 and social hasn't done shit for me.

When I'm meeting new people at a bar/concert/Night on the town I usually make a comment on the environment or person, then if they seem down to chat I just have a normal conversation with them, throw in some jokes and get them to laugh here and there. I'm not autistic so I can read body language, read between the lines, and can understand the vibe of a group pretty easy, this why I believe it's my looks and not my social skills.
