Well duh... The meme is a bit of an overexaggaration, but that's what meme arguments are all about. No one is actually arguing that you'll get metooed for just making brief eye contact with a woman as an ugly guy. It's not meant to be taken literally, but the message its trying to send is still clear as day - unattractive men tend to get judged more negatively, attractive men positively.
