Aging is inevitable and we're all going to age eventually. I mean, doesn't everyone know that? Of course, some people unfortunately age very early on like in their early 20s and what not. I'm 24, but people think I'm younger. Honestly, I think they're either being too nice or they're coping. College was mental torture for me and looking back I wish I didn't go. The stress from it seemed to age me a few years or something. In the year or year and a half since graduating, I still stress over it.
I have forehead lines ever since since my early teens, dark eye circles, and possible eye bag deposits with the latter two being due to bad eye area and bad sleep schedules/patterns. I'm likely NW 1.5 on the balding scale if anything, but no one seems to notice. I mean, I did get my hair cut a while back because my mom doesn't want to see my hair growing out of control. I don't know if getting a haircut (but not shaving it entirely) would really make a difference if you're someone with either an average or below average looking face. I don't think I look super old in person, but my mom's pics of me would say otherwise.
There are some websites that tell you your biological age just by uploading a picture of your face. Not sure if that would be considered cope because there are people that have noticeable aging signs like fine lines and wrinkles yet be marked as younger than their actual age or they look their actual age by these websites. You guys will probably say that it's over if you have to use AI websites to determine your biological age with a face pic. I think the best way to tell one's age is by simply looking at the person and see what signs of aging they have whether in person or in photos (balding, graying hair, wrinkles, lines, etc). Of course, photos can sometimes be deceiving because of lighting, filters, and angles. They could also just look at themselves in the mirror.
I've been obsessing over plastic surgery, hair transplants, and fillers quite a lot because people that look better tend to age better. I know getting any work done would be cheating, but I don't want to look 60 or 70 at 40 yrs old. I mean, getting a hair transplant is understandable because who doesn't like a nice head of hair on a person? Balding would usually have a man appear 10+ yrs older than his actual age especially if he's a NW3 or beyond if not fully bald. As the great Saint Hamudi once said: "no hair = no life". You guys will likely say it's not possible to reverse the aging process even with a healthy diet and exercise routine, but I think with the aforementioned procedures I could at least slow it down even if it would cost a lot of money to do so.
