Filed 2/1, divorced 11/14, closed on house 12/2. I owe spousal support but will pay her off in a lump sum in Jan or Feb. And I should be 100% debt free by the end if Feb. So from March 1 on 100% of what I earn is 100% mine. I will be 100% free then.

Going to just stack money all of 2023 and at the end of the year decide what to do next. Continue unfucking myself. Continue becoming more physically fit, emotionally fit, mentally fit and financially fit.

Started seeing a girl regularly and she's awesome. But I don't think as available as I want 🤔 I've been setting strong boundaries, being vulnerable / open / honest in all communication, and just doing it day by day. And to be honest, I feel prepared to terminate it anytime if things go sideways or any drama 😊 I love not being dependent or looking for external validation 💪

Going to be a great year!!!

we will probably be getting paperwork moving forward shortly after the new year

we've been separated for a year and were working on it until end of may

i will win the financial side of the divorce but i'd rather put the marriage back together

in any case....i'm going to push her to move forward with divorce or commit to trying to get back together

she doesn't want to be married and won't move forward

I'm still hoping my wife will change her mind and not want a divorce. Thankfully she has been kind through this process but I can't tell if that makes it easier or not. I almost want her to do crazy shit to me so I could hate her instead of seeing how kind and compassionately she's leaving me making me wish she wasn't leaving more.
