You need a lawyer. Do not take this separation from your son lying down and DO NOT let it become the status quo from which future custody is based. Get an attorney and push for emergency custody orders to establish parenting time with your child. March is way too long to go without time with your son, fight this with every resource that you have available.

We've all been there. Welcome to family court. False allegations are normal and delaying the TRO hearing is a tactic to see if you break the order.

My advice: 1) get a lawyer. 2) stay cool. Don't mess up and try to contact ex or son. I know this is hard, but some on here did it for an entire year! 3) go sign up for a therapist (voluntarily) and work on coping with the temporary loss. Have your attorney say that you signed up voluntarily on the next hearing. 4) see if you can get into mediation before the hearing to work out a temporary parenting plan.

Follow the above and you'll be golden. Deviate snd you are in for a long road ahead.
