Wife filed, hasn’t told me, haven’t been served. There is a temp hearing on her having primary primary custody ina couple weeks. This has me concerned as my attorney says there isn’t much that can be done until I am served. Our temp hearing is a couple weeks out. I want to get affidavits and records from day care and school workers that show and state that I am the one that drops them off and picks them up every day but my attorney says not to do it and let them do it as this would break the chain of custody if I did it. Is that true? Our temp hearing is in a couple weeks and my attorney hasn’t done anything and says to wait until I get served! Someone please give me advice. My head is spinning!
