So before leaving the marriage we did a postnuptial agreement to prepare us. She kept all the furniture appliances Tvs, etc (anything she wanted she could take) in exchange for the postnup to be whats mine is mine, hers is hers-income, 401k, assets, debts etc.

She regrets it and now taking me to court 🫣🤣😂. Thoughts?
