Thanks to those of you that have commented on my posts, and to those of you that have shared also. Reading others’ struggles helped me understand I wasn’t nuts or alone.

We settled today. Neither side was happy, so it’s probably a fair deal.

I don’t miss whatever she became, but I do miss the potential of the relationship and the sense of belonging. Life goes on, and so must I.
