Does anyone have any experience working with an ex who is anti your religious beliefs? I have an ex where I was ruled primary physical custody with my ex in case one of us moved. We split time 50/50 though. She is now trying to amend the custody and court documents? Will she have any success with this? I know a variety of factors. She is claiming she wasn’t represented when she was warned the whole time she wasn’t if she didn’t get a lawyer. She claims it’s only fair to me even though I’m fair and always give her 50% access to be involved in our daughter’s life. What’s the likelihood in Georgia this is overturned. Also, if successful she is going to try and make it so I can’t take my daughter to my church because she doesn’t like everything it believes even though it’s a pretty laid back church. Would this have any merit? Appreciate your advice on experiences. I plan to get an attorney but also just didn’t want to break the bank if this will get tossed out.
