So, I work 7 days on 7 off. Custody with my STBXW is 50/50 so I have them on my 7 off because I work nights. The issue I'm having is that this leaves literally no time to ever have the chance to meet anyone. My ex works a schedule that 4 of her days without kids are completely off so she's going on dates constantly and doesn't see the issue when I bring this up. I don't know how to remedy this. I work in an office with nothing but old people so nothing is happening there.
