I’m sorry, there’s no doubt that it hurts. It most likely will for a while.

Your best bet is to do everything you can to distract yourself with activities that you enjoy.

I wish you the best and remember that the pain will fade with time. One day it won’t bother you if you are living a fulfilling life.

Stop talking to her about anything like that. Take comfort in the fact that the damage is done and all you have to do is heal now.

Let her go. Go bowling. Sounds like she didn’t care about you and enjoys torturing you now. Don’t give her the opportunity.

Meh, my ex is manipulative and tried to pull this card when I was “dating” after separation. “But it’s adultery!” No one cares. Found out later she was doing the same thing 😂 it’s divorce, you should expect it. Sounds like you still have some feelings to resolve/work through around your previous relationship. It’s not a bad thing, but realize you can’t control her actions and you have some healing/work to do on your breakup to distance yourself emotionally from her, it’s just part of the process

Its time to cut the marriage apron strings. She checked out on you, the family, the marriage. She is for the streets. The sooner you accept it the better. This is a tough love conversation. Let go, move on.

Oh man, I’m sorry about this predicament. I’m right there with you.

Same situation with my ex, except she did wait until everything was finalized before starting dating.

She’s still on her first boyfriend since D day, and I have to meet him in a few days.

I think it’s wholly inappropriate that she started dating while the divorce was still going on.

Not related, but is there somewhere on this sun that explains all the abbreviations. I haven’t a whore’s notion what “STBXW” means.

Accept that this will hurt… a lot. Know that this will not destroy you.

Then, start something that you might enjoy and give your self more attention and love.

Sorry. It hurts it's like twisting the knife. On the other hand it shows you the roll she expects you to play if your going to be in her life. I've heard it said that 'the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else.. I don't hold to this aphorism but it sounds like she might.
