At what point does a judge say enough is enough.

Yesterday made CPS attempt #4. I am so exhausted and feel numb. How much times are my kids going to be questioned, pressed and interrogated by case workers for alleged abuse that never occurred. How bitter can one be? Yes, the marriage failed but to be so angry to put our kids through all of this - for what? To hurt me? It's only hurting my kids. It's as if the court turns a blind eye when one gender is literally trying to bend the mind of a child.

I won't post here what she claimed but lets assume the worst of the worst between a father and daughter. My daughter is barely 3 years old? Why would you wish such lies on your own kid?

I'm absolutely tired of these allegations, everything is unfounded as there's no abuse! Never has and never will be! I want to be blue flame angry but I'm just stunned and shocked that she'd take it there or go this low. These sort of accusations literally destroy the childhood of little girls and ultimately women. What makes it just as bad is if I go before a judge, I fear to cite this, it'll just be another "mother pass" and slap on the wrist while a toddler has to be interrogated and investigated by officials yet again.
