I'll likely be working with an attorney on drafting a new will that excludes the ex. Kids are involved so I plan to include a trust to give them their inheritance once they reach a certain age or if they choose to go to college. For those that redid their will, too, was there any advice your attorney gave you that I should take into consideration when drafting mine? I'm mostly concerned the ex will try to get whatever she can for herself and not for the kids.
