I had my ex-wife served so I could modify custody for 50/50. I went thru the process that the court ordered a custody evaluation. The evaluator agreed/recommended 50/50 joint custody. Court date was set 4/25 and my ex-wife's attorney was a no show. She had some BS excuse for noting knowing about the court date. I started this process in June 2021. My attorney told he's been trying to get her to set a date. But she keeps making excuses on dates my attorney gives her. This attorney my ex-wife retained kept delaying our initial divorce. Anyone have issues with the other attorney kept delaying? Anyone have suggestions how I can get this going?
