Short story. My STBX is going for custody of MY 11 years old grandson. Again long story but we have had shared custody since he was born but I am the paternal grandfather. Her. She has allowed her adult son to live in the basement rent free. 3 months ago he moved his girlfriend in. I found out the the girlfriend has a daughter she lost custody of because she was convicted of child endangerment. She is still on probation for that. My question. We that further help my case ? I protested her moving in from the start.
