Hey guys want to throw this at you and see what your opinions are. My stbx has painted our basement completely pink and ripped up the carpet. We are still under the same roof but I was of the opinion that such major changes were not allowed. And yes I'm talking to my attorney tuesday but just wondering if any of you have run into this. She has been painting rooms but no big deal as it is in neutral colors but this whole pink thing and tearing out carpet is another level. She says she is doing routine maintenance on HER home. We bought the house together 17 years ago so I think she is in denial that I fully intend to sell the house. Opinions ???
