Throwaway. STBX's lawyer is moving ahead to file an EO because of some unspecified "events" that occured when my kids last visited me. EX has aslo openly violated our custody agreement and has the GAL on her side. No details why, other than the kids don't want to come over. I asked my lawyer if there was any recourse and it sounds like maybe in a few weeks we could get a hearing and then there would be weeks or months more of bullshit and maybe at the end of it all there would be some consequence for her. Except now there is the EO that they are working on. I just found out, and my lawyer is too busy to deal with it today so I have no details at all. I have no idea what is going on. I will be clearn, I don't do drugs, don't drink, I'm not having women over, I don't walk around the house in my underwear, I don't spank or wash their mouths out with soap, or speak unkindly about EX. What else? The kids are refusing to come over though. I don't know what to do. EX hasn't let me see the kids for almost a month and now this. What is coming? What can I do? Are the kids onboard with making some allegation? If they are, they are old enough to know, and what would be the point of me doing anything? The way this divorce has gone it's clear that my EX is trying to break me, possibly ruin me, definitley humilate me. At what point do you walk away, send the kids letters and call and tell them you miss them, and hope that one day they come back on their own?
