Been divorced 5 years, one 6 year old daughter. Shared parenting( 1 week on/off) no child support and I provide health insurance. Ex wants to now create her own terms and conditions and expects me to abide by them or she will hire a lawyer. My dad told me to stick to what the court schedule says and I should be ok. He also said if she is getting a lawyer she would have already done it? This is Ohio. Side note; her boyfriend regularly spends the night in her 1 bedroom apartment and they all sleep in the same room! This can’t be right. Any other advice ?
