Im a M33 and my wife is a F25, in December me and my wife got legally married via online service called courtly and been officiated through the state of UTAH. We been married for 7 months currently I reside in the United States and she resides in colombia but she is originally from Venezuela, she is not a permanent residence of colombia. We have spent much a lot of time in person when I’m able to goto colombia but we are starting understand we both have alot of differences. She has never been to the United States but we are currently awaiting for a answer from immigration. I want to know how difficult will it be for me get a divorce since she not a legal resident of the United States.
