I am an Indian American born in India living in USA ( naturalized citizen) . I got married in India and my wife came as dependent here. She got us citizenship through sponsorship. Then I initiated divorce in USA since she wanted to bring entire family here on my costs and she was violent towards me and my kid. After divorce in USA , she went to India and filed more proceedings there for money. She is living in USA and her father is acting as her power of attorney there and she files one lawsuit after another . Has anyone been through similar situations?
