Oh yes. My ex got one on me in 2020 because we argued and I got mad over her abandoning our marriage for years.

All she had to do was say he's crazy and I'm scared and she got one. No proof. Only a phone call.

Yup happens all the time. There are more female judges and lawyers in the family courts. Plus even the liberal male judges side with then women litigants most of the time. Welcome to the feminization of America. As a man you basically have no rights most of the time. Hopefully now you realize that America is not the free and wonderful country you’ve been spoon fed to believe.

I've had 3 female judges and 1 male judge. I only received favorable rulings from the 1 male judge.

If you ever have to file a new case, or reopen it, and find out it's been assigned to a female attorney then IMMEDIATELY file a Motion to Disqualify without Cause. There's a short time limit to do this so make sure your attorney is following the filing and case assignment.

Hey, I’m sorry to hear about your situation and being denied. I want to share with you my experience and my recent actions via the court system just this week. Filed for divorce 6 months ago, my ex finally agreed to a 50/50 custody of our 2 yr old daughter. But my ex has been consistently harassing me, sneaking around my apartment peering into my windows, trying to force herself in, text after text, call after call… it got so bad I went and changed my number, got a burner phone and gave her that number so my personal phone didn’t blow up all day at work and stress me the hell out. I filed for a restraining order against her, it got approved, by a female judge, who happens to be the same judge handling our divorce. That is a rare case! So my advice to you is record record record. Every interaction I voice record, ever phone call I voice record (they make apps that instantly start recording as soon as you call or someone calls you), every drop off and pick up, voice record, every mean nasty text, screenshot and take it into court with you or submit it like I did with a restraining order. If the judge denies it then, you have the right to request a different judge. The PPO is the only way I was able to get some peace of mind and actually enjoy the time I had with my daughter without looking over my shoulder or getting stressed because my phone was just going off the hook all day and night. So don’t loose hope man, I promise you shit will work out.

Typically I see female judges hammering incompetent, evervictim women rather than siding with them. It’s the older men judges who have the soft spots, more often than not.
