Entering month 5. I filed in the summer. She filed an ex parte seeking emergency custody of the Children. Both our motions denied. Court ordered emergency investigation. No imminent risk of danger. Court ordered a child custody evaluation per FC 730.

I’ve been living in the marital home with STBXW and her teen daughter who now hates me. We have 2 young boys and the older one gravitates to her sister.

I leave on the weekends. The custody evaluation will take months. Weekdays I’m here sleeping on the couch. I come and go as I please which pisses her off. She’s a SAHM. I have all the money. I pay all the bills and give her a weekly allowance lol.

She just filed for support, attorney fees, and seeks exclusive use of the home. My attorneys are going to pounce on her request as it’s riddled with deficiencies.

I’ll move out when I get my custody orders. Or when the judge boots me from here. Yes I’m fighting for my kids but also to Fuck with her. I pay for this house she can leave.

The best part is the anger phase has passed. Now I’m working through the process. So glad I dumped her ass!
