100% normal. As mentioned, it decreases with time. Your subconscious is not in the same place as your waking mind. Especially if the divorce is not your idea. I'm only 1.25yrs out and still have the rare dream with the eX. Some sexual, some intimate, sometimes she's just there.

I just ignore them and accept that they are a normal part of the detox and dopamine withdrawal from 17 years together.

Pretty normal. They become less and less over time.
