Does conceding decision making to make you look more cooperate help at trial?

What has been the experience with offers going back and forth before trial?

Anything that surprised you? I know trial is a crap shoot depending on your judge

But seems lawyers are really pushing not to go to trial and try to concede or settle as much before hand

Saying we will be looked favourable at court? I don’t know if it’s true or not
