Every time I go before the pre-trial judge she maneuvers to my STBX's advantage. My ex doesn't even really need a lawyer cause the judge--she was a former domestic violence "victims" advocate so no bias there--is already on her side. I expected some misandry in the court system, but not to this extent. Like, my ex has no incentive to settle because everything has gone her way and she's the high earner. Can I expect the fucking to continue once I get in front of the trial judge? I figure the judge will sit up there, admire his manicure, and will just gloss over all the issues the pre-trial judge ruled against me on, then slap the gavel and tell me not to let the door hit my ass on the way out. Custody is "settled" (that is, the GAL threatened me into 60-40 and my ex will move to 70-30 before I'm out of the courthouse). She makes more than 2x what I do, I pay child support, there is theoretically an issue of back alimony, back child support, her lying on her income (so that would affect both), assets that weren't reported on multiple financial declarations, a motion to enforce against her, some destruction/seizure of my property...I'm sure I'm missing something.
