Of course. If an ex wants to make a situation difficult they will and can get away with a-lot of it in my experience. My ex directly defied our custody order and refused to send our child during our agreed time for my custody. I had the police conduct a wellness check of their residence. The police called me back to inform me my child was safe and the ex stated she didn’t send her because it was an inconvenience to her. Used my attorney to take it back to court, no legal actions were taken against the ex and of course this costs money.

They know this, there are private groups on facebook and other platforms for these women and they discuss and share what you can and can’t get away with and how you can make life more difficult for your ex.

We all make mistakes, best thing I can take away from it is to be more cautious in future relationships. What is the advantage to getting married? If there isn’t one don’t get married.

Yeah, sounds like she's just being a traditional bitch with no regard for your time.

Two can play at that game, though. For every minute he's not in your car past the designated pick up time, add that minute to the back end of your custody time. He got in the car 30-minutes late? You're getting him back 30-minutes late. That's what stopped my ex from being extremely late to pick ups. And the best part for me was, my ex moved three hours away and our meeting place is 2 hours from her. She would get there and be waiting with nowhere to go, expecting me to show up any minute.
