So question, we are in Florida. My attorney filed an emergency motion for “EXCLUSIVE TIMESHARING” with my kids, due to some pretty dangerous finding for their well-being and safety. I asked them (attorney) what it meant and they gave me the details. The judge awarded it and I’ve had them full time now for a week with no problems. Iam having a hard time finding any verbiage with this term anywhere and actual validated details. I’ve had this attorney for sometime and trust the attorney. But is their understanding of the verbiage the same as the judges understanding? Also, has anyone else ever heard of this term? I guess I’m just wanting more validation and ensuring iam within my rights and won’t have any issues, ie. school pick up, ex trying to show up and get the kids, etc. any thoughts or experience on this matter is appreciated.
