Court is coming up and I just caught wind of her telling her lawyer that the kids (4 & 7) are apparently saying inappropriate things. I believe she is hinting that I'm talking to them about her and her affair. I'm not. But this sets them up to motion for contempt as I'm ordered not to talk to them about any of this in the temp order.

She's also saying that I'm talking bad about her at church, I'm in a Divorce Care group there and keep the conversations to my feelings (but she's clearly involved there) and only talk in that room. I emailed a neighbor that was my best friend for 9 years (I was quiet during the affair) proof of her affair last month for closure and he told her about it.

Again, I don't involve the kids. I don't entertain their questions about our situation. I facilitate video calls everyday I have them so she can talk to them. She's given me many of her days when she can't take care of them (I've kept notes.). I'm emailing their teachers and asking if they've noticed behavior changes to have a 3rd party testimony. I recently had conferences with them, and they had no complaints about the kids. They knew about our living arrangements and situation before the school year started.

The kids have been great through all this. I want to be prepared for these false allegations. She already tried the abuse stuff, but I think they gave up on that and are looking for other ways to take everything. I moved out late July and we immediately started sharing the kids. I filed due to her not working with me on the agreement. She got served shortly after.

Any other tips? TIA
