In NC. The ex has found some lawyer in a county that neither of us live in. He is advising her to file in that county. I want to file in one of the two counties we live in. I can't help but be suspicious of why she wants to do this and suspect some good old boy system at play.

What can I do? Race her to the court house? What if we both file lol.
