Day 66 of not seeing my daughter. I was the SAHD so it is/was a rough transition. Things have been rough not knowing anything. I missed her first birthday. I couldn't be there for when she went to the ER or ICU multiple times. I didn't even know why she was there.

Now, I have 34 days until I go before a judge and get some sort of access to my child. Hopefully equal.

My counsel has spoke with her counsel extensively and Mom will not budge. Zero time. Zero information about the childcare or medical care.

At most, she offered (1) hour supervised, at her discretion. I said yes weeks ago and never heard anything more.

Now, she's alleging that my mental health dictates that I can't care for a child.

I reply that I was the primary caretaker and had no issues being the sole caregiver. Her response? NO, I was the primary caretaker and worked from home! Which makes no sense because she is in the military and worked full time lol.

276 hours of non-working, non sleeping time to go! Hopefully this gets fixed.
