Had the 1st case management conference today via Zoom.

I was amazed as we waited 10, then 20, then 30 minutes.... Nearly an hour for the judge to get to our case as we listen to all these others. It reminded me of traffic court.

Then, when it came time to do our case, the judge addressed my wife's attorney and ask for an update, even though I am the petitioner. Then the attorney mischaracterized a bunch of things that I had wanted that Lit judge to clear up, and I realized that I have no voice in the courtroom as a pro se litigant.

SMDH.... I had so wanted to do this through mediation with my wife, but she had to hire this lawyer oh, and now I'm going to have to get my own. And my teenage children are going to suffer for it. No car for my kid like we've been promising for 2 years.
