NC 1 child 6 years previous relationship Thinking about divorce Live in home I had prior to marriage No restraining orders . Can my wife now get custody or visitation of my child from a previous relationship. We have been married almost 3 years . She refuses to get a job and has almost stopped helping around the house. We had a big fight about laundry but it wasnt really about laundry. I need more out of a partner or need to be without a partner.
