A little background on me, my STBX (33) and I (34) have 2 kids together and have been married for 12 years. We've been separated for 3 months now but are still living with each other. My ex has been a stay at home mom who doesn't cook or clean and has never been able to keep a job or has finished school. Our kids are both disabled and we use their disability checks to help pay the bills and myself who works 60+ hours a week as a restaurant manager. I make over 50k.

In 2012 a lot of things happened. We had our first miscarriage, I was training in Disney World as a assistant manager when it happened. She started working at Denny's and we were fighting a lot. I made the mistake of telling her I wasn't ready to be a dad again. My STBX made a friend who was 19 years old while working and he needed a place to stay. I obliged and he lived with us for a couple of weeks. One night we were all drinking and she told me she wanted a 3-some with him. She started giving me head infront of this guy and he got scared and left. The next day after sobering up I told her how I felt wrong about what was going on in our house and that was when things got worse.

She left me first for him and wanted me out of the house (my mistake for actually leaving) so he could move in. They were together for a couple of months before he cheated on her and then she met a ex-cocaine addict turned alcoholic who she met on POF. They dated for a couple of months before she called me one day saying he was verbally abusing her and wanted me back into her life. My son was 4 at the time and saw his mom be with more than one person. I took her back because I wasn't over her and wanted to be with my son again.

Things weren't great getting back together. I had to adjust living in my house again knowing everything that happened and there's things I probably don't know. I kept telling her that we should go through couples counseling but she kept insisting that everything will be ok. She got pregnant with our second child a year later and things were getting better but I could never get over the past. Everytime we would fight I'd bring up everything she did to me, calling her every name in the book. She became a gamer and started to neglect me, the kids and the house even more.

Fast forward to 3 months ago after getting my dream job she tells me she wants to be friends and then a day later she told me she wants a divorce. I asked her if there was anyone else in her life and she told me no. I found on Facebook that she is talking to someone in Oklahoma.

Nothing has been filed yet, she has an appointment with her attorney to file in August. She told me she wants to use the alimony for her to start school, plus a bunch of other shit. She told me I can do whatever I want and she wants a civil divorce. I'm going to wait until she files and I'm looking for a attorney for myself. The house is a mess and I've been taking pictures of everything and making a log of things happening. I'm in a perdictament with fighting this in court for full custody. I work a lot and my side of the family really isn't much help with me raising two kids. What should I do? Look out for? I'm sorry for the long post. Thank you.
