When it comes to uncontested divorce, you can have it put on paper literally anything you can agree to as long as it's possible to enforce. A judge will sign off on it as long as there's due consideration to both parties -- I don't mean "it has to be equal" or even "it has to be fair." It just has to look like "a reasonable person could sign this without being forced at gunpoint to sign it."

Depending on your state that is the fastest easiest divorce there is, document things and get it filed before either one of you change your mind, as long as she agreed to it On her own free will it can be enforce and the judge will sign on it after asking questions to see if she did it willingly

Yes, you should be easily able to proceed without lawyers. You can decide any and every way to split assets and court cannot question. For example some strategic uncontested divorces give 100% to the husband and nothing to the wife. The wife can then apply for welfare after a few years

I’m in pa we divorced no problem this way spit everything between us agree to no support. An life goes on.
