Cross posting from r/separation since I am in the middle of divorce filing and need opinions

I just caught my wife who I am actively separating with in less than a month (Still live together until then) masturbating online with another man commenting and talking back and forth. I recorded the audio of it while I was in the hallway and she is making me a "monster" for doing so.

She is actively gaslighting me saying it is a video online and she is role playing when I could clearly hear her respond to his questions and plan a trip of sorts and was driving there. I am 90% positive this is with her old co-worker who she talked to hours on the phone with a week for a long time now.

I am beyond torn on how to approach this. She called the cops on me later that night since I mentioned I had that recording and "proof" that it was not just a porn video but clearly another person on the other end watching. I do not have her in the video and it's only audio. The cops came and I deleted it for her in front of them even though they said I really didn't have to.

We have been getting along and even having sex recently and almost feeling normal but preparing for this separation in April. She has a documented cheating period 5 years ago which I have barely recovered from (maybe not even fully) but I had no inkling she was doing anything like this now.

Questions:

1) is this considered cheating?

2) our marriage separation agreement is being filed in a week and a half and I didn't get a lawyer myself to review since we have been so cordial during this (sad but cordial) - should I get one now to review?

3) should I move out until my apartment is open? I work remotely and have a rough couple of weeks so terrified of this shift.

I just feel like a chump even though I know we were getting separated. I'm not even remotely doing anything like this and I just feel like my soul just got ripped out. We have been laughing and joking daily and I have no idea what I truly just heard.
